Good morning, Warriors! It's that time of year when we are as busy as Santa's elves preparing for our annual St. Baldrick's Brave the Shave event! For those who are new to Riverdale, St. Baldrick's is a charity that raises money for childhood cancer research, and it’s a Riverdale tradition (seriously, the ENTIRE SCHOOL helps!) to not only raise funds for this life-saving research, but to also hold an exciting event to raise awareness by chopping our locks and shaving our hair. You read that correctly; we have faculty, staff, students, alumni, family members, and community members who all raise money and shave our heads or chop our locks in front of the entire school! It's a little scary; it's a lot of fun, and most importantly, it's for a great cause! We are holding our 11th annual “Brave the Shave” event on March 1, 2024.
